Privacy policy
Short version: we only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

What we collect
When you use an enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, your child’s age and anything you type into the message field. If you call or message us on WhatsApp we hold that conversation and your number.
If website analytics are enabled we also collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a campus visit.
- To place your child in the right programme if you enrol.
- To understand which parts of the website are useful, so we can improve them.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it. We do not publish photographs of any child without written consent from a parent or guardian.
Who else sees it
Enquiry forms are delivered to our email through a form-handling service, and analytics, where enabled, is provided by Google. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own terms. Nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an admission are deleted within twelve months. Records for enrolled children are kept for as long as your child is with us and for the period afterwards required by Karnataka education and child-care regulations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admissions@anibeepreschool.com or call +91 70222 56417 and we will action it.
Children
This website is intended for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child through this site.
