Curiosity that outlasts us
That every child develops a curiosity for learning, discovers their own interests, and grows in the love of learning — long after they leave our door.
Our story
AniBee began as one educator’s conviction that early childhood deserves more care and more thought than it usually gets. In BTM Layout, that conviction shows up as small groups, warm teachers and a day designed around how children actually learn.

The founder
AniBee Preschools is the embodiment of Dr. Beena Pinto’s dream — and a unit of the Lilanibee Education Trust. Over more than a decade she has run preschools and trained both teachers and children, and she kept returning to the same question: what would early years look like if we designed them around the child rather than the timetable?
Her answer was AniBee: a place where learning harmonises with mindfulness and time-honoured Vedic values, and where innovative teaching methods are used in service of something old-fashioned — children who are kind, curious and comfortable in themselves.
We aspire that every child enjoys learning, achieves their full potential, and becomes an independent lifelong learner.
That every child develops a curiosity for learning, discovers their own interests, and grows in the love of learning — long after they leave our door.
To provide exceptional care while fostering each child’s intellectual, social, physical and moral development inside an academically rich environment.
Learning in the early years is tailored to international standards for what a child needs at each stage — delivered entirely through play, and aligned to the National Education Policy.
How we grow a child
We do not teach these as separate subjects. They are the lenses we use to plan a morning — and to notice what your child needs next.
Innovative, interactive learning experiences that build memory, attention and critical thinking — the habit of asking a second question after the first one is answered.
Cooperative activities that teach teamwork, turn-taking and empathy — and the harder skill of repairing a friendship after it goes wrong.
Naming feelings, waiting a turn, recovering from disappointment. We nurture empathy and self-control because they carry a child further than early reading ever will.
Fine and gross motor work that gives a child the physical dexterity to write, climb and coordinate — plus the fundamentals of multi-sport play from the earliest years.
Safety & care
Nothing else on this page matters if this part is not right. Here is exactly how the BTM campus is run — and you are welcome to verify every line of it in person.
Arrange a walkthroughCameras cover the learning and play areas, with live video access so you can look in on an ordinary Tuesday.
Every adult in the building is verified and trained, including first aid. Qualified teachers, not stand-ins.
A guard at the gate and a controlled handover list. Nobody collects a child who is not on it.
High-touch surfaces cleaned daily. Outdoor and messy play kept intact, so healthy natural immunity can build.
On-site first aid, a clear escalation protocol, and a call to you before you hear it from anyone else.
Comfortable rooms with real airflow, safe indoor play spaces and a quiet corner for children who need one.
Our teachers
We hold the ratio at roughly one teacher to ten children for a specific reason: below that number a teacher manages a room, above it she knows a child. Our teachers are trained to guide each child’s particular personality rather than push a whole class through the same door at the same speed.
That includes the children who arrive quiet. Our staff practise what we call gentle integration — a shy child is allowed to sit and watch from the edge until they feel safe enough to join. It usually takes days, sometimes weeks. It is never forced, and it works.
Parents in BTM regularly single out the patience of our staff, and the way they care for children as their own. That is the standard we hire and train against.
