Our story
Built for the five years that shape everything after.
AniBee began as one educator’s conviction that early childhood deserves more care and more thought than it usually gets. Today it is led by Chandrika. Across our campuses, that conviction shows up as small groups, warm teachers and a day designed around how children actually learn.

Meet the director
Children learn best when they are enjoying it.
With over two decades of experience in education, Chandrika is a passionate educator and academic leader with extensive expertise in setting up and leading mainstream schools and preschools across diverse educational boards.
Holding Master’s qualifications in Business Management and Child Psychology, she has worked closely with children across age groups while also mentoring educators, conducting teacher training programmes and facilitating meaningful workshops for parents.

As Director of AniBee Preschool she leads all four campuses, and continues to explore innovative ways to create joyful, enriching and purposeful learning experiences for every child.

Background-verified staff
Every adult in the building is verified and trained, including first aid. Qualified teachers, not stand-ins.
Strict entry & exit
A guard at the gate and a controlled handover list. Nobody collects a child who is not on it.
Sanitised, not sterile
High-touch surfaces cleaned daily. Outdoor and messy play kept intact, so healthy natural immunity can build.
Emergency first aid
On-site first aid, a clear escalation protocol, and a call to you before you hear it from anyone else.
Air-conditioned & ventilated
Comfortable rooms with real airflow, safe indoor play spaces and a quiet corner for children who need one.
Our teachers
Mentors, not minders.
We hold the ratio at roughly one teacher to ten children for a specific reason: below that number a teacher manages a room, above it she knows a child. Our teachers are trained to guide each child’s particular personality rather than push a whole class through the same door at the same speed.
That includes the children who arrive quiet. Our staff practise what we call gentle integration — a shy child is allowed to sit and watch from the edge until they feel safe enough to join. It usually takes days, sometimes weeks. It is never forced, and it works.
Parents regularly single out the patience of our staff, and the way they care for children as their own. That is the standard we hire and train against.
